4K is still the buzzword and still what people care about the most. And honestly, I don't see many games running at 120 fps at all this upcoming gen. Even though the new consoles can handle 120 fps, it is up to the developers whether they want to do that or not. PS4 and XB1 will run at 60 fps with many dips and poor performance, while the PS5 and XBSS/X will run at a smooth 60, no performance issues at all. There was an article in the last couple of days that said a dev confirmed the game was be 60 fps across all consoles. I'm pretty sure private matches never made it to 60. If I'm remembering correctly, BO4 only had a 60 hz tick rate for pubs, and that was after it was discovered it only ran on 20 or 30 hz or something like that.
